Food Friday 3# – Smothered Hash browns

Ingredients – Shredded frozen Hasbrowns
Jimmy dean maple Sausage
Onions
Shreded cheese

cook the sausage ahead of time

Pretty straight forward here.

Cook the hashbrowns for about 5 minutes or a bit more, to get them partially cooked first. Add the cooked sausage, the cheese and the red onions on top.

Finish cooking for about 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and onions are semi soft. You can also pre cook the onions as well if you prefer them carmelized.
